copy of installation instructions for 1.04 please

Hi:

        Does anyone still have a copy of the installation instructions for Prima
1.04? I've tried to install 1.05 from various forms and provided untold
amusement to Dmitry so I have no alternative but to give up on it. I've
heard that 1.04 at least had some documentation but it has been removed
from the web-site. If someone has a copy, would be please send it to me.
