Prima release 1.10

   There's release 1.10, as usual, available via anonymous cvs.
   The binary distributions will be uploaded soon.

   The release, beyond the inevitable bugfixes, features the following:

  - Added support for libtiff . This allows reading and saving TIFF
    image files.

  - Added Prima::Grid module. Grids, a long-awaited feature, are
    two-dimensional lists with variable cell sizes.
