Prima on Cygwin, perl 5.8.0

Hello People,

I have just been trying to get Prima running on Cygwin. I have actually
rebuilt the Cygwin perl as the one that comes with the distribution is not
threaded. So I built the stable version of 5.8.0 from the source and
installed it on top of the standard instal. It seems to work ok.

However if I build Prima 1.11 or install the cygwin binary and then try a
very simple program (the hello world example) I get the following error

Anyone any ideas?
Cygwin is 1.5.1.1
