Problems compiling Prima on Cygwin

Hello,

I have installed Prima on my Linux system and it works very good. But
I'm sorry! I can't get it to run on my Windows system with Cygwin. I've
tried with gbm-bin-win32.zip and with the normal Unix tools
libungif, .... but it doesn't work. Could you tell me how you have
compiled the Cygwin version? I give up. ;-)
