It seems that prigraph is compiled statically in Prima.dll, so it's not
relevant in this case ( I think prigraph.dll doesn't really need to be
in the distribution :), but as soon the error persists, it is evidently
a DLL incompatibility. Next guess is that the versions of cygwin1.dll
for perl and Prima don't match. You can try to recompile Prima and see
what happens.
