RE: Can't install IPA via CPAN

I'm not too experienced with make, but I'd say that the makefile simply does
not support the 'test' rule (you probably get the same error when you try a
'make sdfsafsafsfsadf'). Try just 'make' and see how that goes. Sorry if
this is trivial and useless information:)
