small-problem: use Prima 1.28 with strawberry-perl-5.10.0.6-portable

in strawberry-perl-5.10.0.6-portable:
VB.bat and podview.bat from Prima invoke perl with full path, which is
not usable.
It would be nice to replace the path with "@%~dp0" as other script in
strawberry-perl-5.10.0.6-portable like perldoc.bat.
With this small fix both VB and podview works nicely from a usb stick.

e.g.
H:\strawberry\perl\bin\perl.exe
to be
@%~dp0perl.exe
