Prima does not see PATH

Hello,

This is my first message to the list.

I installed Prima in my Windows XP Home Ed., but it will not run.
The message right after installation is that F:\perl\bin (where
perl is installed) is not in the PATH. I checked in the Control
Panel, and F:\perl\bin is in the PATH. Does it mean that Prima
looks for the path in the Autoexec.bat? My autoexec.bat is empty,
because Windows XP keeps the path variable elsewhere.

I will appreciate your help.
