Too ambiguous!
Where have you get the kit?
Do you have VC++?, you installed with gcc or nmake?
Please say what you've done.
My computer is Win2000 pro, pure Windows, no Cygwin.
I have VC++ 6.0.
My Perl dir is D:\perl.
I've just downloaded Prima-1.08 from
http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/mod_perl/cpan-search?dist=Prima
unziped & expaned to "D:\perlMOD\Prima-1.08\"
D:\perlMOD\Prima-1.08>perl Makefile.PL WANTNOCODECS=1
D:\perlMOD\Prima-1.08>nmake
..... many warning printed .....
D:\perlMOD\Prima-1.08>nmake test
..... some amaging small windows seen .....
D:\perlMOD\Prima-1.08>nmake install
..... installation completed anyway .....
D:\perlMOD\Prima-1.08> cd examples
D:\perlMOD\Prima-1.08\examples>amba.pl
... here I see a window entitled "Chess puzzle" ...
Now how did you do?
