I use ActiveState's PerlApp which does fine for most perl applications using TK.
It binds Prima as well, if moduls are exlicitly stated in "use". However it
never binds prigraph.dll or zlib.dll
PerlApp has a nice feature to additionally "unload" bound files to a special directory
one can exploit to add image and other files.
Maybe perl2exe can do this as well?
